General Entry Requirements

Before you choose a course to study, you should check the requirements to know your eligibility. This helps simplify your choices.
These general requirements apply to most universities and colleges in China;  hence it’s important to check out the specific requirements of the course and university of your choice.

There are no requirements for this course. All applicants are welcomed. 
Bachelor's Degree
  • English Medium of Instruction
  1. High School Certificate or Equivalent
  2. Physical Examination Certificate
  3. English Language Proficiency test results for students from non-English Language speaking country.
  • Chinese Medium of Instruction
  1. High School Certificate or Equivalent
  2. Physical Examination Certificate
  3. HSK certificate ( band 3 or a higher band)
Master's Degree
  • English Medium of Instruction
  1. Bachelor's degree certificate
  2. 2 letters of recommendation from professors
  3. Curriculum vitae
  4. Physical Examination Certificate
  5. English Language Proficiency test results for students from non-English Language speaking country. 
  • Chinese Medium of Instruction
  1. Bachelor's degree certificate
  2. 2 letters of recommendation from professors
  3. Curriculum vitae
  4. Physical Examination Certificate
  5. HSK certificate ( band 4 or a higher band)
Doctorate Degree
  • English Medium of Instruction

  • Chinese Medium of Instruction

*Transfer students must acquire the transfer letter of their current university and make sure that they meet the requirements of their desired university. The final decision is made by the new university.
NB: With Doctorate degree, all universities have very strict academic qualifications regulations. Applicants should take note of this.

What is the cost of applying

ACASC charges a service fee of 50$ for using its online application portal. Applying through ACASC into Chinese universities attracts a service fee of $50. Please check ACASC application service for details. Different universities charge  different  application fee and ACASC has been authorized to receive the fee on their behalf. Application Fee: Affiliated universities and colleges in China have approved ACASC to accept the application fee on their behalf. Processing of your application starts after the application fee has been paid. The application fee ranges from $20 to $150 Note that payment for all services by universities and colleges in China is transacted only in Renminbi (RMB). The application fee for Hebei North University is 800RMB, the same as posted on its website. ACASC converts RMB into US dollars on the ACASC website for students’ convenience.
